Ambassadori Batumi Island is a land-reclamation project building an artificial island and two peninsulas off the Batumi coast, covering 84 hectares in total — 49% of it set aside for parks and recreational space. The first phase is a 58-storey tower, its facade designed by MUA Architecture and interiors by Studio D73.
Apartments range from studios of 37.1–45 sqm to one- and two-bedroom layouts up to 109 sqm. The tower is topped with a rooftop helipad and an infinity pool.
Construction of the first phase began in October 2025, with completion planned for Q1 2029.
