Calligraphy Towers is a project by Grand Maison, Georgia's largest investment and construction group, on Alley of Heroes in Batumi, 450 metres from the sea and the Dancing Fountains at Ardagani Lake. The complex has three towers: a 35-storey block A with a hotel, a 45-storey residential block B, and a 40-storey block C/G still under construction.
The 10th floor of block A houses a Hampton by Hilton hotel, an officially confirmed partnership with Hilton Worldwide. Apartments range from 28 sqm studios to 150 sqm "club" units, delivered fine-finish or fully turnkey.
The upper floors hold the Diamond Sky Area panoramic bar on floor 40, a casino, a cinema, and an electric shuttle to the beach. Blocks A and B are already delivered (2023–2024); block C is under construction, with completion expected in Q4 2026.
