Tbilisi Waterfront is the largest development project in the city's history, built by Eagle Hills, the company founded by Emaar Properties' Mohamed Alabbar. The roughly 600-hectare masterplan runs along the Kura river in the Krtsanisi district and will combine residential quarters, a business district, hotels and cultural spaces.
The programme includes 3,500 apartment residences, 2,800 townhouses and villas, plus 450 hotel rooms and branded residences. Apartments start from 55 sqm, townhouses in the Eden and Meadows collections from 215 sqm, and villas from 293 sqm.
The development preserves the Ponichala nature reserve and existing greenery, and a multi-kilometre riverside promenade will become a new public space for the city.
