Alliance Highline is a project by Alliance Group, which has worked in Batumi and Tbilisi since 2005 and has invested more than $2 billion across its projects. It stands on Chavchavadze Avenue in the Vake district and consists of three round towers on a shared podium: block A at 40 storeys, block B at 33 storeys (residential), and block C at 26 storeys housing an international Wyndham Garden hotel.
Apartments are compact, investment-format units — studios from 32.5 sqm, one- and two-bedrooms up to 80 sqm, and penthouses on the top floors. Construction began in 2019: blocks A and B are due for completion in Q4 2026, and the hotel block C in Q4 2027.
The complex is located near Dinamo Stadium (Mikheil Meskhi) and a large park, within walking distance of the company's office at 39a Chavchavadze Avenue.
