Domus Trees (Domus Chavchavadze 31) is a project by Domus Development, operating in Georgia since 2006, at 31 Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue in the Vake district, 3 km from central Tbilisi. The building is made up of several blocks of varying height and facade tone — an architectural reference to the grove of trees that once stood on the site.
Apartments come in 2–4-room layouts of 163 to 238 sqm, with Otis elevators and a monolithic frame. Common-area interiors feature work by Georgian artist Irakli Gamrekeli and stained-glass corridor windows, while vertical wooden interior elements carry through the "trees" theme.
The complex sits near the monument to Ilia Guramishvili and Mziuri Park, in a clean residential area free of industry. Completion is planned for Q4 2026.
