GWG Krtsanisi is a GWG Development project at 16 Giorgi Guramishvili Street in Krtsanisi. Four eleven-storey buildings surround an inner courtyard. The developer plans 290 apartments and approximately 3,500 m² of leisure space.
The concept includes two levels of parking, electric vehicle charging, a kindergarten and a pet area. Visualisations show the balcony-lined facades, planting and internal paths. The development is under construction, with the schedule listed separately for each block.
