Prestige Kostava is a Maqro residential project on Merab Kostava Street in Tbilisi. It combines the restoration of the former Saknavtobi administration building, designed by Mikhail Neprintsev in 1947, with development of the adjoining site.
The gallery shows the historic street frontage, new residential volumes and interior spaces. Both blocks are listed as complete in the dated building schedule. The project combines the retained street architecture with modern residential accommodation.
