VR Shekvetili Forest-Beach is a resort project by VR Holding on 40 hectares of coastline in the village of Shekvetili, next door to the Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili, Autograph Collection hotel.
The complex will comprise 352 apartments and 32 villas. On-site amenities include a 1.2 km private beach with a beach club and bar, an aquapark and spa centre, concept restaurants and concert halls, a fitness centre and conference facilities, a children's playground and a sports ground.
Completion is scheduled for Q3 2027.
The developer plans VR Shekvetili Forest Beach on a 40-hectare site with a beach, promenade, cycle routes, sports areas and pools.
