New development in Vake, Tbilisi · 37m Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, Vake, Tbilisi · developer: Axis
1 / 12
Axis Towers is a landmark project by Axis, a developer with more than 22 years on the Georgian market: two identically shaped 147-metre towers on Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue in the Vake district. Under a concept by architect Alexander Mezhevidze, the buildings rotate 2° per floor around a central core, in opposite directions.
In 2020 the complex earned status as the region's first World Trade Center (WTC) building. The residential portion has 140 apartments from 31.7 to 541.6 sqm on floors 8–41. The hotel portion, Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers (Accor Group), has 218 rooms and is Accor's first premium hotel in Georgia.
The project was fully built and commissioned in 2019 — developer-held units have sold out, and current listings are on the resale market.
