King David Residences is a $70 million project by Austrian holding Rezid Holding GmbH, built on a hill above the Queen Tamar Bridge in the Saburtalo district. The complex pairs a 32-storey residential tower with 163 apartments and a 19-storey class-A business centre, sharing common infrastructure.
Apartments are panoramic-format, 50–314 sqm, with views over central Tbilisi and Mount Kazbek — ranging from one- and two-bedroom units to duplexes and penthouses on the upper floors. The complex has operated since 2017 and was Georgia's first condominium-type project to combine housing, offices and hotel-grade service.
In 2016–2017 the project won an International Property Awards title as Georgia's best mixed-use development (five-star category).
