Mziuri Gardens is a project by Mziuri Development on a 15,000 sqm plot in the resort village of Makhinjauri, 6 km from central Batumi and 50 metres from the sea. It was built on the site of a former Soviet balneological sanatorium known for its thermal mineral springs.
Three residential buildings up to 17 storeys hold more than 560 apartments, from 43 sqm studios to 115 sqm three-room units. A dedicated bridge with an elevator connects the complex to the beach.
