Park Home Vake is a premium residential complex by Anagi Development, the development arm of Anagi Construction, which has operated in Georgia since 1989. Three ten-storey buildings on a shared platform occupy a 70,000 sqm plot, 8,000 sqm of which is given over to recreation, with an adjacent 2-hectare park.
The architecture — light-toned cubic facades with a chessboard pattern of balconies — was designed by studio Midamo. The building sits on a 1.5-metre foundation slab and piles driven 50–55 metres deep, for enhanced seismic resistance.
The complex stands on a new road 200 metres from Chavchavadze Avenue, next to the Vake tennis courts and the district police station. Construction was completed in November 2023.
