Riviera is Batumi's only hotel-format complex built from three-storey townhouses set into a hillside in Gonio, part of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio resort. The buildings use a monolithic frame with energy-efficient brick, European-style architecture and floor-to-ceiling glazed facades.
The project comprises 40 townhouses of 130–151 sqm — three bedrooms spread across three floors, a terrace with sea and mountain views, a private plot with a lounge area, and a parking space. Units are sold turnkey, fully furnished.
Construction began in July 2023, with completion scheduled for late 2026.
Riviera is planned as three-storey townhouses with a terrace, private yard and parking space, with access to resort facilities.
